First responder, ISS level CPR and AED valid for three years

Course lasting 6 to 8 hours including CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and the use of the AED (Automated External Defibrillator) for children and babies, as well as the management of severe allergies.

This course is designed for those involved in the field of child education in CPE, Daycares, Schools as well as day camp facilitators or any person/parent responsible for child(ren) and wishing to know how to provide first aid to a child.

This course meets the standards of the Ministry of Family, the Ministry of Education and the Association des Camps du Québec.

This 40-hour training course is offered over two three-day sessions: Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday. Please select your preferred start date (Friday).

Pre-hospital Care and CPR techniques are designed for professional first responders or those who want to become first responders. The course teaches participants techniques for keeping a person alive, preventing further injury, and treating illnesses and injuries until more advanced medical personnel arrive. The course includes ISS-level CPR and AED.
