Online: 45 to 90 minutes

Participants can progress at their own pace. In fact, they can interrupt the course at any time and resume where they left off. The duration therefore varies depending on the pace and prior knowledge of each person.

Be at least 14 years old. It is recommended that younger participants be accompanied by an adult.

At the end of each module, participants must pass the test before moving on to the next module. Participants who achieve a score below 100% may review the content and retake the assessment as many times as necessary to successfully complete the course. The questions on the test are randomly selected from a library; therefore, each assessment is unique.

Online course entitled Caring for Others to understand the effects of stress, loss and grief on others by putting into practice the cycle “Observe, Listen, Accompany, Live”.

This online course aims to help participants better understand the effects of stress, loss, and grief on others, while learning how to better care for their own well-being and personal protection. They will learn about the Red Cross’s “Observe, Listen, Accompany, Live” cycle and how to support people coping with the effects of various types of stress. This course can also be combined with the Red Cross’s online course, “Caring for Yourself,” to support and enrich any comprehensive wellness program.
