PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID – SELF-CARE

The course can be taken separately or as part of the psychological first aid course in class and can be adapted to all groups (young people, workplaces, professional workers).
Online: 45 to 90 minutes
Participants can progress at their own pace, interrupting the course at any time and picking up where they left off. The duration therefore varies depending on the pace and prior knowledge of each person.
Be at least 14 years old. It is recommended that younger participants be accompanied by an adult.
At the end of each module, participants must pass the test. Participants who achieve a score below 100% may review the content and retake the assessment as many times as necessary to successfully complete the course. The questions on the test are randomly selected from a library; therefore, each assessment is unique.
Online course entitled Taking Care of Yourself to understand the effects of stress, loss and grief by putting into practice the cycle “Observe, Listen, Accompany, Live”.

This online course aims to help participants better understand the personal effects of stress, loss, and grief, while learning how to better care for their own well-being and personal protection. They will learn about the Red Cross’s “Observe, Listen, Accompany, Live” cycle and how to manage the effects of various types of stress. This course can also be combined with the Red Cross’s online course, Caring for Others, to support and enrich any comprehensive wellness program.
