Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I not asked for my date of birth when I register for a training course?
Answer: We use your date of birth for certification purposes. The Canadian Red Cross requires your date of birth to ensure you are at least the required age to complete the training.
When will I have access to my online theoretical training?
Answer: If you register in advance, you will receive the link 21 days before the in-person training. Otherwise, you will receive the link on the Friday following your registration.
How long does it take to validate Red Cross certificates?
Answer: Certificates for CPR, emergency first aid and general first aid training are valid for 3 years.
Can you offer training in our company?
Answer: Yes, we offer tailor-made training and come to your premises.
Are you recognized by the CNESST?
Answer: No, we are not recognized by the CNESST to meet workplace obligations in Quebec.
Who certifies the training courses?
Answer :

What payment methods are accepted?

What is the refund policy for training?
Answer:
- If you have not yet received your theoretical training online and the face-to-face date has not passed. You will be refunded the full amount.
- If you received your theoretical training online and the face-to-face date has not yet passed. A refund for the in-person portion will be granted.
- If you received your theoretical training online and the face-to-face date has passed. You will not receive any refund.
- On the other hand, if you are registered for a face-to-face date and you do not show up, there will be no refund.
- To re-register for a missed in-person training, a fee of $25.00 will be required.
