Return policy
It is possible to postpone a training course to a later date without any additional cost by contacting us at least three (3) working days before the start of the training course, otherwise you must pay for your training course in full.
Anyone who does not attend a training course must pay for their course again.
All training is subject to confirmation and can be cancelled with 3 days notice.

For all our distributors, any return request requires an order number and will be subject to a minimum charge of 25% return costs.r
