Course lasting 6 to 8 hours including CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and the use of the AED (Automated External Defibrillator) for children and babies, as well as the management of severe allergies.
This course is designed for those involved in the field of child education in CPE, Daycares, Schools as well as day camp facilitators or any person/parent responsible for child(ren) and wishing to know how to provide first aid to a child.
This course meets the standards of the Ministry of Family, the Ministry of Education and the Association des Camps du Québec.
This course teaches participants the knowledge and skills necessary to determine when to administer supplemental oxygen, how to safely and effectively assemble and handle oxygen delivery devices, and how to properly administer supplemental oxygen using the appropriate oxygenation device.
