$125.00
A Training course is considered booked when the date and time are determined (unless otherwise stated by the Training organization) and the deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable (except in the event of cancellation by the Training organization due to unavailability of premises or trainer and if no other date is suitable). The balance is payable no later than the day of the Training, except in exceptional circumstances, on the date indicated on the invoice. A fee of 0.05% per day of delay will be calculated from the date the payment is due, after 3 days of delay.
There is no penalty for cancellations by the customer within 3 days or more due to force majeure. The deposit will still be valid and the Training will be postponed to a later date. After the 3-day period, the deposit will be used to cover the penalty fees and the client will have to pay a deposit again to book a Training. If payment is made with a gift certificate, the gift certificate will lose the equivalent of the deposit value.
