Liquid glucose is a form of treatment for people with a condition called hypoglycemia.
Hypoglycemia occurs when blood sugar levels, or blood glucose, are abnormally low.
It may be more common in people with diabetes.
However, there are other conditions that cause hypoglycemic episodes so if these conditions are rare, and some hypoglycemia without underlying disease, liquid glucose is recommended.
Liquid glucose is a product that helps normalize a person’s blood sugar level within 10 minutes.
