Indications
OpSite Aerosol Dressing is suitable for a variety of small, non-exuding wounds and situations, including:
* minor cuts and abrasions;
* dry sutured wounds;
* after stitch removal;
* at vaccination sites;
* for securing skin grafts;
* for blister protection;
* for protecting the skin from friction and preventing blisters.
Contraindications / Precautions
Do not inhale.
Use in a well-ventilated area.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not spray on an open flame or any incandescent material.
Pressurized container: Do not expose to sunlight or temperatures exceeding 50°C. Do not pierce or incinerate, even when empty.
Keep out of reach of children.
For external use only.
Keep away from all heat sources – Do not smoke nearby.
Do not use on intravascular devices.
Avoid spraying on textiles.
Do not use with iodine-containing preparations. Skin reddening may occur if the film is used in conjunction with iodine solution and occlusive dressings.
Do not use with other medicinal preparations.
Do not use on children under 18 months of age.
Skin grafts: The film should not be applied to the entire graft surface. A portion should be reserved to allow the drainage of serous fluids.
