Standard First Aid and CPR

This course introduces all first aid and CPR skills to those who want to expand their knowledge in order to respond to emergencies at home or at work. It covers a variety of basic first aid topics, such as cardiovascular and respiratory emergencies, Level A CPR and disease transmission prevention, as well as sudden onset medical emergencies and head and spinal injuries.

Emergency First Aid and CPR

This course teaches simple first aid and CPR techniques in an interactive environment. It is aimed at those who want an overview of first aid and CPR techniques that can be used at home or at work. The course provides the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies in adults (Level A CPR). It also covers topics such as choking, breathing emergencies, and preventing disease transmission.

CPR/AED

This course was developed to provide CPR training at various levels based on the participant’s experience, needs, and interests. Where permitted by local law, a presentation on how to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and how to obtain certification is also provided as part of the training. CPR levels A, B, C, and ISS are available depending on the skills required.
