Training code:

 

AVAILABLE: A training is made available for people to register and is not confirmed until the minimum number is reached (10). It is important to register to avoid this training being postponed to an earlier date (see calendar)

 

READY TO CONFIRM: This training has almost 10 registrations and would be about to be CONFIRMED but still is not. It is high time to register because it could be postponed to a later date if the minimum (10) is not reached (see calendar)

 

POSTPONED: This training has been postponed or has already been postponed, the training date has been changed. You must refresh (F5) in your cart to see the new date entered for this training. Postponed will always be present with the other codes to inform you of the status of your training (AVAILABLE, READY TO CONFIRM, CONFIRMED)

 

CONFIRMED: This training is in CONFIRMED status, you must pay now to reserve and confirm your place in the training using your cart if you have already placed a training there. If you wish to register, you must pay immediately to confirm your place. Anyone who does not make the payment is deemed not to wish to attend this training. Follow the status of your cart carefully to not lose your place.

 

 

 

Registration :

 

A) BUSINESSES & Residences for the elderly:

 

1. Create an account in the login (at the top of the page) on the site, enter the company name, address, contact person and telephone number

 

2. Send us an email or a contact request on the site indicating the people you wish to register and for which training (dates) (formations@premierssoins.com)

 

On request, we can send you a form to fill out (Word file) for a group of people.

 

3. An invoice will be automatically sent to you by email during the training for the people from your company who will be present.

 

4. Your price will be calculated based on the number of people in the group

 

 

B) INDIVIDUALS:

 

1. Create an account by logging into the site and enter your date of birth in the space provided.

 

2. Add the desired training to your basket

 

3a. Send us your check made out to PREMIERS SOINS.com to the address at the bottom to reserve your place (write your name and telephone number)

 

3b. For credit card payments, you can pay immediately or wait for training confirmation (no credit, date transfer available only)

 

4. Send us an email or a contact request on the site indicating the training chosen and the date (formations@premierssoins.com)

 

5a. Check the STATUS of your training in the products and make the payment by credit card as soon as it is shown as CONFIRMED

 

5b.Nous déposerons votre chèque reçu pour la formation qui a un statut CONFIRMÉ pour finaliser votre réservation

 

Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an email confirmation including full information regarding your training.

 

 

 

For CPR training only, we have a 4-5 hour private training at $100, one-on-one with the instructor, available anytime Monday through Thursday between 8am and 10pm.

It is possible to postpone a training course to a later date without any additional cost by contacting us at least three (3) working days before the start of the training course, otherwise you must pay for your training course in full. Anyone who does not attend a training course must pay for their course again. All training is subject to confirmation and can be cancelled with 3 days notice. .No refunds available, credit or exchange only

It is always possible to postpone scheduled training sessions to a later date at no charge by notifying us at least three (3) business days prior training session start date. If not, registrants will be charged the full cost of the course. Registrants who fail to attend schedule class will be charged the full cost of the course. All courses are subject to confirmation and can be cancelled on three (3) days notice. No refund is available on our products and courses, credit or exchange only.

  • If you have not yet received your theoretical training online and the face-to-face date has not passed. You will receive a full refund
  • If you have received your theoretical training online and the face-to-face date has not yet passed. A refund for the face-to-face part will be granted.
  • If you have received your theoretical training online and the face-to-face date has passed. You will not receive a refund.
  • However, if you are registered for a face-to-face date and do not show up, no refund will be given.
  • To re-register for a failed classroom course, a $25.00 fee will be charged.
