This comprehensive two-day course introduces first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques to people who need training for professional reasons or who want to deepen their knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Includes the latest First Aid and CPR guidelines. Meets federal regulations and a variety of provincial and territorial general first aid and CPR regulations. Exceeds competition standards by including content on injury prevention, CPR and AED.
